Watchlist

A watchlist is a customizable list of instruments a trader monitors on their platform — showing live price, spread, and often daily change — without necessarily holding a position in any of them. It's a basic organizational tool for tracking a curated set of pairs or assets a trader is actively following for potential setups. Many platforms let a watchlist trigger price alerts directly, so a trader can be notified the moment an instrument reaches a level worth acting on, without needing to watch the chart continuously.
